I sat down with the VP of Burnham Benefits, Deb Farmer, a benefits consultant for 30 years, providing professional oversight, creativity, and solutions to positively impact a client’s bottom line. She maximizes the organization’s healthcare dollar spend while creating a unique employee experience.

We chatted about how Burnham Benefits’ clients leverage PTO Exchange to create robust benefits packages to attract and retain talent. Deb also shared some of the biggest trends she saw from her clients during this year’s open enrollment, including the need for flexible benefits, cost-saving solutions to fight the impact of inflation, and increased access to care.
