American workers recorded a staggering 658 million unused vacation days in 2015.

Rob Whalen, CEO and Co-Founder of PTO Exchange, sat down with FOX Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo to discuss how the Seattle-based organization can help workers utilize unused PTO and transform them into goods and services that mean the most to them.

Whalen explained the process of how PTO Exchange collaborates with organizations to provide employees alternative ways to utilize their unused leave.
