It takes all the functionality of our convertible PTO platform and puts it in your pocket. Make exchanges, check your PTO balance, and more—all from your device.
How it works
Sign in screen
Sign in with the same credentials you use to access the PTO Exchange portal on desktop. You can choose to enable notifications so you can be notified when your exchange requests get approved, and any other communications pushed to the platform.

Your Dashboard offers a bird-eye view of your available PTO balance. You can see your exchange value, the number of hours of PTO available, and the number of hours that are eligible for exchange.
You can also see the different exchanges you can participate in, depending on what your company has chosen to activate (more exchanges coming soon!): Giving, Sharing, Retirement, Health savings, Education, Emergency cash, Cash out, Travel, and Voluntary Benefits.

When making an exchange, you can see how many hours you have available to exchange and quick access to contribution limits. When you enter in the number of hours you wish to exchange, you’ll see the amount it costs to complete the transaction, minus the service charge and any taxes incurred as determined by your payroll.
Once you submit your request, it will be processed during the upcoming pay cycle.

When you click on the Activity button in the menu, you can see your recent exchange activity, including a log of your recent exchanges, including both pending and completed transactions.

When you click into each request you can see details like the type of exchange, how many hours you exchanged, the amount it costs, status of the request, whether it was approved or not, and when the request was created.

Lastly, on the Profile screen, you can see your personal details, like name, employer, and contact information.
The mobile app now provides access to PTO Exchange for employees who are always on the go. It makes it easy to make an exchange directly from your phone rather than needing a computer. As a flexible benefits platform, we are always looking to adjust our solution to fit the needs of our customers.

Who can download and access the app?
The app is only available for existing customers of PTO Exchange.
What devices can I download the app to?
The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
Who can I reach out to if the app isn’t working?

How can I get PTO Exchange at my employer?

How do I log into the app?
To log into the app, use the same credentials that you use to access the platform on the desktop.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the login screen, enter your email, and tap “Next.” Tap the link “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts.
How can I update my profile information?
To update your profile information, go to the “Profile” section in the app. Fields with the “locked” icon are automatically set with data we receive from your employer. If you need to update the information in those fields, contact your HR department.
I see a 404 error. What should I do?
Please contact your employer’s HR department for the specific login process for PTO Exchange. Once you complete that process, go back to the app and login.
